Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with Seven!

Seven all dressed up for St. Patrick's DayHead’s up, Irish-for-a-day revelers this St. Patrick’s Day both human and canine! The time is nigh to join the official Presidential candidate from the Puppy Party at the annual Ventura St. Patrick’s Day Parade this Saturday, March 16!

Seven is a four-year-old former show dog and student at My Best Friend Obedience who was adopted by Oxnard resident and Susan Hartzler. Since moving in with Susan, Seven has become a professional actor and model as well as a Therapy Dog through Therapy Dogs International. He is offering his services as a Therapy Dog to both Democrats and Republicans in his bid to “Bring America Together Again.”

His platform is a home for every dog and a bone for every dog. With that goal in mind, Seven us raising money for homeless dogs by selling a line of t-shirts and other political paraphernalia. A percentage of all proceeds will go to help rescue dogs find forever homes. Other dogs and their humans are invited to walk the parade with us too! Bring your dogs! Bring your kids! You will receive a FREE tee-shirt but be sure to also wear green so you won’t get pinched. Dress your dog up too! Meet us on East Main Street in front of the San Buenaventura Mission at 9:00 am on Saturday, March 16. That where the parade begins and continues up East Main Street and ends at the corner of North Ann Street and East Main Street.
